All of our jewellery is conscientiously and expertly made. Our jewellery is subject to extremely strict quality control.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. Other requests for returns will be considered on a case by case basis. The item must be in original, new, unworn, unaltered condition, and we must be notified within three days of the date of receiving. Customers must contact us for approval and instructions before returning any items.
All custom orders and made to order items are final sales, no exchanges or refunds. If we alter a ready to ship item at the request of a client, it is considered a custom item and is a final sale. We take every precaution when shipping, but due to the valuable nature of jewellery, we are not responsible for items or packages lost, stolen or damaged in shipping. All designs are the property and ownership of Studiometals and are copyrighted. We reserve the right to reproduce any and all custom designs produced by Studiometals. By purchasing an item from Studiometals, you are agreeing to our policies.
In the end we want you to be happy and we will do everything we can to ensure your dealings with us are pleasant, timely and professional.
All of our jewellery is made with recycled and refined precious metals. We deal with a small, family owned refiner, who supplies us with recycled metals. We support small independent suppliers of diamonds and gems. These suppliers deal directly with the gem cutters, and are able to guarantee that the gems are ethically sourced. Because we are a small business (just the two of us!), it's important to us to support other small businesses. And in turn thank you for supporting us!
