A gorgeous, small vessel. Carefully raised by hammer in solid sterling silver and painstakingly inlaid using hon zogan, Japanese inlay techniques, with decorative motifs and a ginko leaf design in shakudo and 18K gold. A hand carved finial tops the lid.
